Internal friction refers to the loss of one's energy due to a particularly tangled emotion. Internal friction is more like a struggle between one and oneself, where one lives in an endless cycle of self-doubt and cannot control oneself from falling into repeated self-doubt.
Self-internal friction is a common psychological problem among the young generation at present, but it has received little attention from people. Even if some people realize that they are in a state of self-friction, they cannot take correct measures to alleviate this situation.
